  Less than one star. I don't appreciate being lied to or being taken advantage of, especially by someone who wants my business. I am so relieved to have taken my business elsewhere. Customers, be weary of Beverly. She misinformed me, and when I brought it to her attention, she blatantly lied and would not admit responsibility. Apparently when the forecast calls for snow, Anchor's policies go out the window.
