  I hard an ad on the radio saying that if you bring you w2 tax papers in they well do your taxes and use part of it for a down payment. So i called up there and they lady on he phone told me the samething. I went up there and talked to this guy named Henry and i asked him what were the requirements and he said "there was no requirements ". He asked me if i had a full-time jod i said , he asked me how much i get paid an hour and i told him and he was like cool and we went on with the paper work. Then they sent me in a room with the tax lady an i was in there for about 4 hrs and i asked her how much i was getting back in from my tax returns right before she finished and she couldn't give me a straight answer, she said "1000something" so when she was finished that guy named Henry came back and said he need me to pay about 2000 more dollars and i didn't think nothing of it. And the tax lady told me i was getting back $1200 and i was like cool... They didnt say nothing about the fees. When i got home i looked at he paper and they charged me 477 out of my returns. I was suppose to got $1600 back on my tax returns. And they never said a word about the fees. Not even at the end. They are just bad business!!!!!
